Alam mo bang dito sa Pinas, may 6-9 na bagyong dumarating taon-taon? Isang gabi may malakas na bagyo. Umulan ng wlang tigil kaya bumaha. Lumikas na ang lahat pero may isang naiwan. Stranded s’ya sa bubong ng bahay n’ya. Si Juan Sobrang takot n’ya. Ayaw n’ya pang mamatay. Kaya nagdasal s’ya. Habang nakatingin sa langit, sumigaw s’ya “Lord iligtas n’yo po ako! Wag n’yo kong hayaang mamatay!” Ilang minuto lumipas, may dumating na bangka. Niyaya s’ya nung mga nakasakay na lumikas. Pero tumanggi si Juan. Hindi s’ya sumama! Ang sabi n’ya… “OK lang ako, maliligtas ako ni Lord!”. Isang oras ulit ang dumaan. May mga lifeguard na dumating. Nakasakay sa malaking life boat. Sabi ng Lifeguard… "Sumakay ka na, lilikas na tayo." Alam mo ginawa ni Juan? Tumangi ulit s’ya! Hindi nanaman s’ya sumama! Ang sabi n’ya lang… “OK lang ako, maliligtas ako ni Lord!”. Maya-maya… ...
